I did not receive an invoice for hoop.la for Dec 17, although I was charged. This keeps happening and is getting very frustrating for us. I have not received any emails from Social Strata, Inc. via FreshBooks <firstname.lastname@example.org> since November.

I've just checked, and it looks like the invoice is still only going to Kristen.
I've fixed it going forward so that you will always get a copy, and just had a copy mailed to you. Did you get it?
OK. Thanks. It goes on my AMEX card and I need to reconcile everything the 20th of each month. I am hoping, per your message, that it will not be a problem again. I appreciate the help.
