Greetings!

I recently obtained a new debit card and have made several attempts to update the new payment information, without success.

I have called and left several messages, and an email.

It is my wish to update my payment information and continue my VIP membership.

Hi, Kelby:

I assume she's attempting to call you and not us? We've received no messages from her.

From your site, she will mouse over her name on the upper right corner, and choose Premium Membership. At the bottom of that page, there's a link that says "Update Credit Card". She will click it.

She'll scroll down on that page, and click the link that says "Change Credit Card Information". Once she clicks it, the fields will appear, and she can enter her new card information. When she's finished, she'll click the green "Update Now" button at the bottom of the page.
